Customers are responsible for choosing the correct catalog option, providing accurate checkout details, and responding to manager questions needed to confirm delivery.

Payment status and delivery

An order starts after the payment provider confirms the payment or after support confirms an approved custom payment flow. Delivery timing may depend on item availability, server status, customer response time, and game-side limitations.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must not request illegal goods, compromised accounts, cheats, bots, exploits, malware, account theft, or actions that violate payment-provider rules. ARC Store may refuse or cancel requests that create security, legal, or delivery risk.

Prohibited items

ARC Store does not sell physical goods, regulated goods, financial products, gambling products, adult services, official game accounts, stolen accounts, compromised credentials, hacking software, or any product outside the public ARC Raiders catalog and support-managed custom order scope.
