ARC Raiders delivery

We deliver your items in game. After payment, a manager will contact you to agree on the delivery time and method.

Working hours

We work almost around the clock. Our main working hours are daily from 10:00 to 02:00 Moscow time (UTC+3). Confirm the delivery time with a manager.

Delivery time

Delivery starts from 15 minutes and can take longer, up to 1–2 hours. By arrangement, we can prepare your order in advance for an agreed time.

Orders of 1–2 items

We use safe-pocket delivery. Prepare free space and follow the manager’s instructions when receiving your items.

Other orders

For orders of more than two items, or items that cannot fit in a safe pocket, we escort you to a hatch. We provide the hatch key.

Before delivery

Agree on the time, order contents and delivery method with your manager. If your plans change or delivery is delayed, contact the manager to confirm the timing.
