What is a kit subscription?
A one-time purchase of a fixed PvP or PvE equipment kit with replacement requests during the selected term. Contents and allowances are recorded at payment. This is not insurance or a currency reimbursement. There is no automatic renewal.
How many replacements are included?
Daily plans offer 5, 10, 20 or 30 replacements. A seven-day plan includes 60 replacements in total, with a maximum of 30 per Moscow calendar day. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 MSK; the total balance does not. Unused replacements expire at the end of the term.
How do requests and scheduled delivery work?
Use Profile → Subscriptions to request a kit without a screenshot. Allow 10 minutes between requests. You can request delivery for a future time within the subscription term, even when today’s allowance is exhausted. A request immediately reserves one replacement from the selected day and total balance. Your manager confirms delivery time in chat.
Can I choose or move the start date?
Choose the start date at checkout. Today starts after payment; future dates start at 00:00 MSK. Late payment starts the full term after payment. Overlapping subscriptions are queued; exact dates appear in your profile. You can move an unused subscription before its first request. Any submitted request, including a rejected one, locks rescheduling.
Can I use a discount and receive a gift?
Subscriptions can share a cart with ordinary products. Choose either your personal discount or a promo code for the entire cart; they do not stack. Any available campaign gift is determined by the final amount after discounts. Choose one eligible gift in the cart.
